Dangling a row of glistening roast ducks in a restaurant window may be an enticing way to lure more customers. Certainly worked well for C-Jade Express. The restaurant is famous for its roast duck, barbecue meat and Cantonese cuisine but the restaurant is now attempting to diversify its menu with new dishes inspired by Hong Kong cuisine.
