Tucked away in Shah Alam, this Japanese restaurant is headed by a local chef but the food still stays true to authentic Japanese fare. The Fu-Rin Creamer Maki is made up of tiger prawn, unagi and crabstick, and uses creamer, sour plum and teriyaki sauce. For something less heavy, try the cold noodle dish, hiyashi natto inaniwa, to combat the hot weather. The runny egg yolk gives the noodle a smooth texture and is served with fermented beans.
