It used to be Zing and it used to be halal. Now it’s Lai Ching Yuen and non-halal. Favourites such as the pan fried goose liver on a bed of fresh mango and baked marinated pork ribs are a must try. Dim sum can be ordered for lunch or as an appetiser for dinner, and is prepared at a station located at the entrance.
