Chef Lee Siew Hap of One World Hotel's Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant whips up five of his signature creations at this one-month special. Expect pan-fried stuffed scallop with foie gras, superior lobster soup with shark's fin, bamboo pith and fish roe, wok-fried boneless chicken with garlic Szechuan-style, pan-fried cod fish with special sauce and eggplant, and village-style tau bok with soup in claypot. Each dish is priced at RM26nett. If you're there for lunch, have some of the restaurant's dim sum.
