Expect pan-fried stuffed scallop with foie gras, superior lobster soup with shark's fin, bamboo pith and fish roe, wok-fried boneless chicken with garlic Szechuan-style, pan-fried cod fish with special sauce and eggplant, and village-style tau bok with soup in claypot.
