Executive sous chef Kok Chee Kin has put together a special festive six- and eight-course menu for New Year's featuring pumpkin puree with scallop and dried seafood in coconut, wok-seared beef tenderloin, black pepper sauce and pork sausage, grilled cod fillet, crispy golden ginger and miso, and braised abalone, enoki mushroom and garden vegetables.
