Melting Pot Café coffee walnut cake

For those who like a slight kick of caffeine in their cake, Melting Pot Café’s latest coffee walnut cake is the dessert for you. It's three layers of moist chocolate sponge cake with dollops of coffee caramel mousse in between each layer, then glazed with a coat of chocolate and berries on top. For a little crunch, carmelised crushed walnuts are placed on the side of the cake.
