Qba presents Cuban guest chef Alain Mendiola

Here’s your chance to try dishes from a chef who has served Beyoncé and Jay-Z. From Havana’s award-winning Hotel Saratoga, Chef Alain Mendiola is in KL to showcase Cuban cuisine with a contemporary update. The line-up includes a classic cocktail pairing menu, an intriguing à la carte menu (grilled duck breast with herbed honeycabernet sauvignon reduction and beer battered jumbo shrimps) and a master cooking class on August 15.
