In celebration of Bastille Day, Soleil will be introducing a special menu curated by award-winning chef Evert Ondereke featuring an array of French classics with a twist. Highlight starter dishes include sautéed spinach with gruyere cheese, pan-fried foie gras with grape reduction, and Brittany fish soup with sardine rillettes on sourdough toast. For mains, you get a choice of either the duck leg confit with sides of roasted fennels and pommes dauphine, or the pan-fried dover sole with endive and moutarde de meaux salad, and pommes de terre persillees. For dessert, look forward to deconstructed mille-feuille with vanilla cream, pistachio mousse and mascarpone ice cream. For a limited time only, you can also get a 20 percent discount on selected wines.
