The modern European restaurant's vertical wine dinner presents Frank Phélan, the second wine of Château Phélan Ségur from Saint-Estephe. To accompany the wine, have Chef Evert Onderbeke's specially prepared four-course meal of wagyu beef tataki, quail and foie gras tortellinis, Spanish suckling lamb leg with baby turnip, ratte potato confit and vadouvan, and chocolate, almond, lavender and cherry dessert.
