Studio + Friends dinner collaboration series

The tasting-menu-only-restaurant Sitka Studio is starting a new dinner series where head chef Christian Recomio brings in renowned chefs from the region for one-off collaborations. For this month, it’s John Javier, the co-founder of Sydney-based modern Chinese restaurant Master Dining.  He was also voted as one of ‘Australia’s Sexiest Chefs’ by Vogue and has cut his teeth at some of the world’s best restaurants including Quay, Momofuku Seiobo and Noma. Together with Studio co-founder chef Christian Recomio, the duo will present eight courses, along with wine or juice pairing for this one-night only dinner.
