Traders Club Lounge Valentine's Day dinner

Traders Hotel’s Club Lounge on Level 32 is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu which includes two glasses of champagne and free flow wine. Expect salmon tartare with black caviar and Roma tomato soup for starters, a choice of either slow-braised short ribs or spring chicken with prawn roulade for mains. For dessert, you get the ‘Sweet Moment I Love You’ (red heart velvet, oreo truffle brownies, raspberry balsamic grenadine and chocolate lollipop).
