1Malaysia Tourism Lantern Festival 2012

Fans of candlelit lanterns and mooncakes, join in the fun at Central Market this Sep 21 to 30 for the 1Malaysia Tourism Lantern Festival. For nine days, there will be a bevy of activities and contests for families to take part in. Test yourself by taking part in the mooncake and pomelo eating contests or see if you can win the groundnut peeling competition. There will also be Chinese dances, musicals, drum shows, a lion dance and martial arts performances for you to enjoy. Bring the little ones for the lantern workshop and parade at which they can meet the rabbit mascot.
