International Women's Day: Women's Work

In conjunction with this year’s International Women’s Day, Sisters in Islam, All Women’s Action Society (AWAM) and Persatuan Kesedaran Komuniti Selangor (EMPOWER) have come together to organise an event to celebrate the triumphs and tribulations of Malaysian women. The day will feature a lecture by Suri Kempe, a panel discussion on the topic ‘Paying Their Dues: The Missing Women in Malaysia's Story’, a literary showcase as well as an open mic session.
