The secret truly is in the sauce at the aptly named Sauce Italian American Bistro & Bar. It offers a wide of array of classic Italian appetizers and entrees elevated to something special by the expertly crafted sauces that accompany them. Diners at Sauce will be treated to a variety of traditional favorites like lasagna Bolognese and signature entrees such as eggplant rollatini and the Italian chimichanga. Panini, specialty pizzas and salads are also on offer, as well as American favorites like steak and burgers.
Sauce is located on Mall Ring Circle in Henderson, adjacent to the parking area for the Galleria at Sunset Mall. It's a little out of the way, but well worth the effort to find.
