Beacons Metro is the metropolitan spin off of the popular Beacons music festival that usually takes place in the Yorkshire Dales, and this year's strong lineup - which spans a good few months across various venues in the north - serves well to prove that you don't have to be in a soggy field to enjoy an eclectic roster of exciting bands and musicians.
On the agenda for Saturday 7 November is American punk rock group Ex Hex, who'll be taking to Leeds' newest music venue Headrow House.
