King's Cross has seen billions in redevelopment in recent years, but throughout it all something has been missing: a futuristic-looking roller skating rink. Skate King's Cross fills the gap - for eight weeks, anyway - aiming to recreate the experience of Bagley's roller disco, an area fixture in the early noughties.
Family skating sessions are available throughout the day, while Fridays and Saturdays host Disco Nights with DJs, dancing and the whole bit. Onsite restaurant Disco Bistro meanwhile serves 'upmarket fast food creations' including - get this - rare breed meat burgers with pineapple bacon jam.
