Frieze Sculpture Park

For the first time, the Frieze Sculpture Park has a life beyond the art fair's short run in October. This year, you'll be able to see modern and contemporary work by Richard Serra, Carol Bove, Anri Sala, Conrad Shawcross and Jesse Wine in the English Gardens of the Regent's Park. Also look out for a monolith from the pre-Ekoi culture of Western Africa, estimated to be around 1000 years-old. The works will remain in place until January 2016.

My family coming all the way from Paris for the weekend was both super exciting and nerve-wracking as I really wanted to show them the best of London – on top of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge. As I was walking down to work via Regent's Park, I spotted the lovely sculptures of the Frieze festival and prayed for a sunny day to take my family. It happened on Sunday and we all had a lovley time feeding squirels, gasping at the beauty of the yellow and red tree leaves and admiring the art.
