Connoisseurs of the cold treat – Ruby Violet specialse in ice creams, sorbets and other frozen desserts. They only use organic milk in their creations and they try to make use of the most intriguing ingredients (as well as the classics). A quick glance at their menu will reveal delights such as elderflower and prosecco, ice cream rolled in sponge cake, or 'meringue muddle', which features two scoops, meringue, hot sauce (choc or salted caramel), fruit and nuts.
