Marvel's 'Ant-Man' is here – but is it any good?

It's already the most controversial blockbuster of the summer, the subject of much geeky disdain when Marvel Studios – the folks behind 'The Avengers' and 'Iron Man', in case you've been trapped in a supervillain's pain palace for the past eight years – parted ways with original director Edgar Wright ('Shaun of the Dead') over creative differences before shooting even began. The tale of a loveable loser ex-con – played by nice-guy comic Paul Rudd – who comes into possession of an amazing suit that gives him the power to shrink down to insect size, the film is a slightly jokier, more goofy take on the Marvel superhero formula. But will it be another mega-hit of 'Guardians of the Galaxy' proportions, or are we looking at our generation's 'Condorman'?
