Time Out says

For anyone who has suffered a boring, meaningless job and wasted hours planning exquisite revenge on domineering officials, Coup pour Coup - a fictional reconstruction of the successful occupation by women of a French textile factory - is the stuff that dreams are made of. At one stage, a group of seamstresses do in fact subject their boss to some of the treatment normally accorded them. More important, the film is a study of the general conditions of many working class women in France, and the suppression they endure both at work and at home. An often exhilarating film, based on actual events, it was made as a collective effort: all the workers in the cast are genuine, but actors were called on to play the management 'heavies'. Its momentum should be enough to dispel any doubts you might have about its naïveté.
