Time Out says

A confused but salacious piece of exploitation which takes the tale of a London Lolita and places it in an unconvincing world of '70s rock'n'roll. Its only possible appeal is to the sexist who might be able to identify with David Hamilton's line about the girl at his side: 'I've got to handle this little hot shot here.' The script rarely rises above the asinine until the end, where it becomes truly offensive, making a case for believing that little girls who cry 'rape' are probably lying.
