Very disappointing film, that is over before it gets started. You will see very little of the Vatican Museums beyond the well known School of Athens and Sistine Chapel, there are brief and snatched looks at the Stefaneschi Triptych, The Laocoön, The Belvedere Torso and for some reason the Franzoni horses.

Lots of irrelevant mass market padding of dust, flowers, sand and naked Italians to justify the 3D, and an underwhelming curator, Sister Wendy set the standard this film limbos under.

Better to spend your 3D money on a good book about the Vatican as you will come out feeling cheated from this film.
