Artists, writers and musicians including Peter Blake, Margaret Atwood, Polly Morgan, Marcus Coates, Ralph Steadman, Billy Childish and John Keane have contributed to this exhibition, curated by filmmaker Ceri Levy to highlight the loss of bird species around the world and raise awareness about the work of Birdlife International. Contributors were invited to respond to an extinct bird; among the exhibits are paintings, drawings, sculptures and prints dedicated to such 'gone birds' as the Hawaiian Crow, The White Gallinule and the Tahitian Sandpiper.
