Eugene McGuinness

Merseyside's Mr McGuinness, who's a pal of Alex Turner and Miles Kane, has cast aside his lo-fi folk oddities of old and packed in the sharp rock 'n' roll tunes of his last LP 'The Invitation to the Voyage' – although he's kept his suits and hair slick. With producer Dan Carey (Toy, Franz Ferdinand), McGuinness has been working on a much more psychedelic sound – give it a listen tonight.
