Time Out says

One year on from the Olympic and Paralympic Games, BT are presenting a 'celebration of volunteering' to recognise the efforts of the London 2012 Games Makers, with appearances by Boris Johnson, Sebastian Coe and members of Team GB. Headlining are pogoing pop-rockers McFly

, who have just sold out the Royal Albert Hall four times over, and the bill also includes an Olympic-themed set by Eddie Izzard, pop group The Feeling, The Pandemonium Drummers, the Games Maker Choir, dance troupe Spelbound (who won 'Britain's Got Talent' in 2010), electric string quartet Bond, The James Riley Band, Robbie Boyd and a performance of West End hits. You have to wonder slightly whether any or all of these people are providing their services on a volunteer basis, but either way it should all be good fun, and will hopefully resurrect some of those much-missed Olympic vibes.
