The Japanese composer/pianist Motoki Hirai plays one of his own new works; Mozart's Piano Sonata in B flat, K570; Schumann's Fantasiestücke Op 12 (excerpts); Albéniz's 'Rumores de la caleta, malagueña' (from 'Recuerdos de vioje'); Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No 5 in E minor, S244; Schubert arr Liszt 'Litaney', S562 No 1; Chopin arr Liszt 'The Wish', S480 No 1; Chopin's Waltz in C sharp minor, Op 64 No 2; Prelude in D flat, Op 28 No 15 ('Raindrop'); and Motoki Hirai's 'Scenes from a Native Land'. (In aid of the appeal for victims of the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.)
