Despicable establishment. I recently went with a rather large group of people to the agile rabbit for dinner. After waiting a considerable amount of time to place our order we were finally greeted with a sour host who was willing to do so. Time continued to tick and at around the 40 minute mark the chef came out to inform us that they would not be able to serve any of us as they had run out of dough in the kitchen. No apology, no sincerity, no desire to make amends, just a wave to send us on our way. We were all genuinely baffled that 'management' (I use that word loosely as clearly there is none) allowed such a large group of people to sit down, place an order and wait close to an hour before realising they were actually unable to serve them. Don't waste your time here, there are multiple venues in the market with highly welcoming and able staff who would be delighted to have your business. Needless to say their food is also far superior to the agile rabbit.
Brilliant hidden gem in the Brixton village market. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to have a few drinks and the thin crust sourdough pizza is the best I've had in London! Don't miss out on the live music!
Been in here a few times including earlier tonight as I live in the area. Twice I've tried to sit and eat half a pizza then bring the rest home for later and twice I haven't been able to stop eating until the whole thing was done. Great tasting food, good prices, a variety of tasty drink options - incl freshly made juices & wine - and a generally friendly & laid back vibe that feels kinda like you're chillin in a friends garden. They also have live bands and djs playing out front for cool ambiance most days. Honestly, I've been to the popular Franco's across the way a few times and enjoy their pizza...but I still find myself preferring Agile. Keep it up gang!
Pizza was the best I've ever had, and i could even ask for any toppings i wanted no matter how bizarre. The chef was very friendly and the waitress very sexy. Also it was an amazing experience when I went there on a Saturday night the music was wild, brilliant atmosphere. The drinks and pizza where a decent price and far better than franco mancas near by.
Been in here a couple of times, first time got for a couple of drinks on a Saturday night and the vibe was good. The second time on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 10 to eat. Never have I ever experienced service like it. A horrible, obnoxious waitress, with some pattern drawn around her eyes (watch out for her) shouted at me for daring to ask for a glass of water. Told me to 'open my eyes' before doing some disparaging face at me then going on to talk about me to the staff literally stood right behind us in the kitchen. Nothing provided, cutlery no. Napkins no. Condiments no. Felt terrified of asking for anything. If we hadn't been so hungry we'd of walked straight out of the place. Stick to Franco Manca's, better pizza and actual service. Avoid.
fantastic experience - only had better pizza (and service) in Claridges.. on my b'day. Charming place and great vibe and music.. Interesting decor too.. Cool.
Very sullen english girl waiting table. House red appalling and £4.75 for a glass. When I complained I got a "everybody else likes it" response. Worse than a bad french waiter. Pizzas were ok. £25 for two: pizzas £10 each one glass of (replaced) average red £5
Agile Rabbit serve what is without a doubt the standout best pizza in Brixton. Also, lovely ciders, beers and great coffee. Thursday nights always feature live music and a great atmosphere.
Very friendly and relaxed, a great place to pop in to or to take away. Pizza is fab but try the fresh juices too!
I've been here a few times and the pizza is to make a Napoletano proud. Pizzas come whole or by the slice and you can eat them sipping your peroni in the middle of brixton market. I saw a great jazz band play - apparanty there's live music every thursday and friday evening.
