Cuban food is a mixture of fundamentally Spanish and African food with a strong Taino - original Cuba inhabitants -, Chinese and French influence.
Although this menu represents the most traditional dishes of Cuban food nowadays, it is still a menu in evolution with new exotic dishes still to come.
