The founder of Fire & Feathers scoured the best chicken restaurants of Portugal to find the finest piri-piri chicken recipe. The chicken is served as a whole bird in mild, piri-piri or dynamite flavours. The chickens are 550g corn-fed birds from Gressingham. The other signature dishes include garlic prawns, calamari, salads and sandwiches. As well as the chicken, steaks and seabass and other dishes are available.

The interior is inviting and the bar serves wonderful cocktails such as the Amoreira, combining bison-grass vodka, cucumber, kiwi and fresh apple. There’s also Sagres on tap and a good selection of wines and spirits.

The staff are friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere is vibrant and convivial. Come along and join in the fun.
