My boyfriend and I visited Fushia on Friday night as it had been recommended by a friend.
The restaurant is not far from South Croydon station and is a stones throw away from the South Croydon restaurant district. We were warmly greeted by the staff on arrival and had no problems getting a table without a booking.
The menu offered a lot of choice including many meals that I had never tried from Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
To start we shared a portion of delicious spiced Nairobi potatoes as well as our usual poppadoms. For my main course I requested to see what on the menu was vegan friendly and the chef kindly made me a fantastic vegan friendly aubergine curry which was full of flavour. My boyfriend was equally as complimentary about his chicken jalfrezi.
Overall the bill came in around £40, which was great value considering we also had a couple of drinks each.
I would thoroughly recommend Fushia to anyone who is after a great tasting a great value curry in South London.
