The Atrium was launched with the help of the Marriott Hotel's Austrian chef, Markus Bolcz. Serving American classics, the open-theatre kitchen offers the likes of clam chowder and Maryland crabcakes, followed by something from the grill- porterhouse, chops, steaks - with an American apple pie chaser. All diners enjoy the drama of the stunning glass atrium (one of Europe's largest, roof-hung constructions of its type), but some may opt to dine at the Chef's Table, which seats up to eight people in the centre of the restaurant.
