The Union Bar & Grill is a modern British/European restaurant with a fairly concise menu featuring a range of popular dishes from all over the world. Huevos rancheros and Thai red curry feature among the main courses alongside burgers and fish and chips. The Union takes great care with its sourcing from mostly British suppliers who show a commitment to quality and sustainability. Their fish, for instance, comes from the company that also supplies the Selfridges Food Hall. The Union has two other branches, one in Paddington and one near Regent's Park.
