'The Diary of a Nobody' at The Kings Head

  • What is it?

Tickets to the stage version of ‘The Diary of a Nobody’ at the King’s Head Theatre – exclusively priced for Time Out.

    Why buy?

As George and Weedon Grossmith’s ‘The Diary of a Nobody’ proves, some things never change: a different era has the same problems. The cult 1892 novel charts the trials and tribulations of the put-upon Mr Pooter, a very ordinary London bank clerk who has lots of very ordinary challenges to contend with: difficult kids, irritating friends, problems at the office, mishaps around the home – and a fair few social disasters too.

Warm, astutely well-observed and riotously entertaining, Mary Franklin’s adaptation throws four male actors into a staggering 45 mixed-gender roles, in a production full of farcical and side-splitting humour. Tickets are usually £25, but with our offer, they’re just £15. So, don't be a nobody and miss out on one of the funniest things on the London stage this season.
