  • Need to know

    • This voucher is valid for a five or ten week pilates mat-work course at Pilates Body Awareness.
    • Voucher valid until April 30 2018.
    • Class times: Mondays...'The Monday post-work Medicant' ...6-7pm Remedial and Core Pilates'. Basic Levels 1 & 2, Thursdays....'The Thursday pre week-End Energizer'...7.30-8.30pm Movement and Core Pilates. Basic Levels 1 & 2, Saturdays..'The Saturday Superstretch'. ...11.30am-12.30pm 'Flexibility and Core Pilates'. Basic Levels 1 & 2.   
    • Booking is essential when booking in your first class of the course. 
    • To book and request your desired date please e-mail info@pilatesbodyawareness.co.uk stating your first and second choice of course start date and quote your unique voucher code and security code. 
    • Confirmations via e-mail will be sent within 24 hours. 
    • All classes must be taken by the same person. 
    • Once you sign up to your course you are required to choose your choice of day and attend five or ten consecutive term weeks depending on your purchase. 
    • If not in possession of a yoga mat, a 2.5m yoga strap and a yoga brick; please bring with you:- one large towel, one small towel, one long scarf or dressing gown belt and one thick book. Your kit may be stored at the venue for the duration of the course. 
    • No shoes needed in class. Please bring a pair of fresh socks. 
    • Injuries and post-illness weakness or any other condition that might affect performance in class should be reported to Chris Hocking by text on 07881 494212 at least four hours in advance. 
    • Minor injury and post-injury, post-treatment conditions can be accommodated in class.
