Time Out says

An isolated young woman from Edinburgh encounters an eccentric older woman when she moves to the Outer Hebrides

A veteran of many larger stages, actor Siobhan Redmond stars in this rare revival from Scots playwright Sue Glover. Set in 1735, it follows Isabel, a young woman from Edinburgh who moves to the Outer Hebrides and encounters the seemingly mad Rachel, who she slowly discovers to be a prisoner on the island. Originally performed at Edinburgh’s Traverse Theatre in 1988, this belated English premier is directed by Polly Creed.
