Time Out says

A guerrilla exhibition of street photography, taken in the UK by 30 members of the So Shoot Me collective. Starting at 7.30pm, the event will travel to London locations including Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Hoxton Square, where the images will be projected onto canvases created by groups of people holding large white boards. So Shoot Me are MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography students from the London College of Communication, University of the Arts and their exhibition in an open-air demonstration against increasing restrictions being placed on British street photographers by the Information Commissioner's new guidelines, which will require that a photographer must ask permission of any and every person who appears in their photographs, to avoid illegally possessing 'personal data'. The photographers are also concerned about Peter Mandelson's Digital Economy Bill, which they fear will strip them of much of their copyright.
