Peter Gordon and José Pizarro's collaborative dinner

Chef Peter Gordon invites friend and fellow cook José Pizarro to his restaurant The Providores and Tapa Room for a one-off dinner showcasing their different approaches to tapas and small plates. There will be cocktails, platters and plenty of jamon jamon (Iberian acorn-fed, naturally).
