Win £500 to spend at Christmas in Belgravia

Looking for fun festive experiences? Well, you’ll be more than impressed with what’s coming up in Belgravia, located just five minutes from Victoria, Sloane Square and Knightsbridge tube stations. The south-west London neighbourhood will be transformed into a winter wonderland, with festive illuminations and miniature cities made from gingerbread. The best part: you can be in with the chance of winning £500 to spend in the neighbourhood. 

No, it’s not too good to be true. You’ll wander through chocolate-box streets, adorned with lights and window displays that’ll give you that quintessentially Crimbo warm, fuzzy feeling. You can even vote for your favourites to be named best in show. Make sure you spot the huge wreath on Elizabeth Street by Moyses Stevens! Additionally, local florist Neill Strain is creating a show-stopping sleigh display, with a giant Christmas tree and Santa stopping to make a call from an iconic red phone box on Motcomb Street. You’ll be able to find all of these from November 9. 

Then from December 3, Belgravia will be home to The Gingerbread City. Also on Motcomb Street, this installation comes from the Museum of Architecture, bringing together over 100 architects, designers and engineers to create five expertly crafted cities made of gingerbread. Talk about a feast for the eyes! Tickets are £15 for general admission.

Of course, you want to put that money to good use. So alongside Christmas shopping, dining and drinking, there are also highlights such as the Christmas afternoon tea at The Lanesborough, wreath-making at Masterpeace, Neill Strain and Judith Blacklock. Mince pies at Biscuiteers, the festive menu at TomTom coffee, and the gingerbread house display and mince pie danishes from Chestnut Bakery. You’ll have no problem spending the prize money on something special.
