Time Out Love London Awards 2014: locals' picks
You voted in your thousands – as well as shops and eating and drinking establishments, we didn't want to miss out on the other things that make your local area unique...
Mon Nov 10 2014
As thorough as our critics are, nobody knows the city’s attractions like Time Out readers.
We launched the Love London Awards to find out more about the local businesses that make your bit of the city amazing. From Dulwich to Wimbledon, the nominations came so thick and fast they were almost overwhelming, with everything from amazing markets to city farms nominated for a shot at glory.
Now, after an intense voting period in which more than 65,000 of you had your all-important say, it’s our great pleasure to reveal the independent venues you lot love above all others. There were a few close calls, a few absolute landslides, but through it all one thing was absolutely clear: you lot are truly passionate about your neighbourhoods.
All of which just leaves us to say congratulations to all of this year’s winners and runners-up, and many thanks to everyone who voted. Now get out there and show your local businesses some love.
