As we went to press, the social media campaign to erect a statue of Wiley in the heart of Bow was gathering pace. Whilst we wholeheartedly throw whatever weight we have behind this worthy cause, we fear he might have to settle for some sort of Mobo recognition at Glasgow’s SSE instead; the artist formerly known as Richard Cowie is nominated for four awards tonight.
