Time Out says

This atmospheric medieval church was built over the remains of the 12th-century priory hospital of St Bartholomew, founded by Prior Rahere, a former courtier of Henry I. The church was chopped about during Henry VIII’s reign and the interior is now firmly Elizabethan, although it also contains donated works of modern art. You may recognise the main hall from 'Shakespeare in Love' or 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. If you need refreshment, the church has a bar-café in the 15th-century cloister, serving coffee, monastery beers and home-made weekday lunches.
