Time Out says

Set in a gorgeous garden, with a 300-year-old apple orchard, this manor house is notable for its 17th- and 18th-century harpsichords, virginals and spinets, which are still played at lunchtime and evening concerts (usually Wed; phone for details). Fenton House has a walled garden which combines formal borders and a sunken rose garden with a working kitchen garden and an apple orchard. Also on display are European and Chinese porcelain, Chippendale furniture and some artful and intricate 17th-century needlework.
