Champagne Tasting at a 1,300-Pound Gingerbread Bar

Looking to make your holidays a bit bubblier? What if we told you that you could sip champagne at a 1,300-square-foot fully functioning cocktail bar made out of gingerbread? The bar is this year's festive centerpiece at JW Marriott at L.A. Live; usually the hotel’s pastry team creates a gingerbread house or Santa’s kitchen, but this year, they’re going boozy with a saccharine installation featuring real cocktails, classes and cookies through January 2. On December 13, you can head to the bar, located in the lobby, for an hour of complimentary champagne tastings. 'Tis the season.
