Coffee & Cocktails

We follow the morning cup of Joe routine and post-work happy hour like it’s our job. Thus, the Greystone Mansion’s latest workshop series, “Coffee & Cocktails,” comes pretty close to an LA goldmine. Curated by the Institute of Domestic Technology, the Mad Men-inspired workshops will teach all the coffee and cocktail basics, from crafting Prohibition-style mixtures to manifesting the perfect brew. Aspiring cocktail gurus can sign up online for the one-night-only class taking over the iconic speakeasy bar on August 7 from 6-9pm. As for coffee enthusiasts, the DIY coffee roasting class and brew lab 101 will take place on August 16 from 10am-noon and 2-4pm at $95 per person.
