LA's Best Bartenders at May Mix-Off

Cocktail lovers, you’re in for a treat. Sure, the month of May boasts a one-day drinking fest on Cinco de Mayo, but there's more liquid indulgence to be had. This month only, L.A. Live’s JW Marriot Hotel is hosting a major bartender mix-off every Wednesday night. Sip on free samplings of handcrafted cocktails and munch on small bites, while watching fierce mixologists battle it out, shaker-to-shaker, for the title of May Mix-Off Champion. Plus, since points are allotted not only on taste but also on performance, we can expect one hell of a show. Venture out to the Mixing Room (inside the JW Marriot) on May 20 to see Melaney Schmidt of The Standard, Nima Jahromi of Perch, and Armando Conway of Pour Vous shake, stir and jig for the title.
