West Coast BBQ Classic

California isn’t known for its BBQ, but this festival (now in its third year) is trying to prove otherwise. Over 60 competitors will converge on the waterfront of the Queen Mary to compete for a grand prize of $2,500 and the title of Pitmaster Champion. This family-friendly event will include BBQ tastings (for an additional $2), as well as live bands, a Jack Daniels Lounge and playground for children (who get in free). Be sure to note that parking will cost you $12, and that is with an event validation.
