Baja Chef Series at Playa: Tacos Kokopelli

During week three, and the last, of the Baja Chef Series, LA's Southwest king chef John Rivera Sedlar (Rivera) hosts chefs Guillermo Campos, Pablo Campos and Orlando Miguel del Monte of Tacos Kokopelli at his Mid-City West Playa. Known south of the border for their street-side taco, the guest chefs will share the kitchen with Sedlar to plate a la carte menu items like Sope de Frijoles with Pineapple Sauce and Halibut Ceviche with Lemongrass.
