Karen and Quinn Hatfield are celebrating the New Year in style at their eponymous restaurant, Hatfield's, with a festive prix-fixe menu and complimentary bubbles for the midnight countdown. Enjoy the end of 2012 with a feast ($95) that includes raw marinated kanpachi, hand-rolled squid ink garganelle, pan-seared diver scallop, 36-hour beef rib and an apple tarte tatin topped with celery-bitters ice cream. Finish the night with a complimentary sparkling wine toast and ring in the New Year with a buzz.
