The former Black Flag rehearsal space hosts this Kitchen Takeover series, which invites notable chefs from around LA to collaborate on a meal together. This month six cooks, from Abigaile's Executive Chef Tin Vuong, to GourmetDad.com's Dean McDermott (currently starring in Food Network's Rachel vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-off), will whip up dishes from each of their cultural backgrounds while adding their own culinary styles. Expect six courses comprised of Scottish, Japanese/Chinese/Thai, Puerto Rican, Cuban and Italian tastes. Part of the night's proceeds will go to the charity Autism Ride.
