On April 8, Mohawk Bend will feature Chef Tal Ronnen of Crossroads Kitchen. Diners will enjoy an appetizer duo of grilled artichokes and sweet onion beggar's purses; cream of asparagus soup; kale ricotta tortellini with saffron cream sauce; and oven roasted banan rum cheesecake. An optional craft cocktail and craft beer suggested pairings will be available for an additional price. Ronnnen's best-selling cookbook, "The Conscious Cook," will also be on sale.
